Right of withdrawal and refund for Italy:
1. Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article, the customer must send a communication to that effect, specifying the order number, within the terms indicated, to the following email address: info@furybags.it
3. In case of withdrawal, the customer must place the product inside the box received (alternatively, a medium-sized box, even if not virgin). LThe company will send a courier at its own expense to collect the goods (at the primary destination address of the order). The cost of the return is €10.00. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Alternatively, the Customer may arrange for the return shipment independently, at his/her own expense, paying particular attention to inserting the order receipt inside the package, or, alternatively, a reminder specifying the order number and the name of the recipient. The refund will be equal to the entire sum paid by the Customer, net of any additional costs.
If the product has manufacturing defects (which do not include small streaks, irregularities and slight marks on the leather), the cost of the exchange shipment will be at our expense. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes, tags, boxes), stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt.
4. We will refund the Customer the amount already paid, within 14 working days from the return of the order to the premises, through the reversal procedure of the amount charged, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns and refunds for abroad:
